Life Claim SpecialistThis is the entry-level, trainee position. Under direct supervision, incumbents learn to follow established guidelines and procedures and perform the basic functions of the role: collecting and processing death and life claims. Provide support to claim examiner by conducting follow-ups for outstanding information by phone or letter, field telephone calls and review imaged documents. Provide information to beneficiaries, agents and other interested parties. Complete administrative tasks such as printing and mailing letters.Required Skills:

• Previous Claim experience
• Strong customer service experience especially with outbound calls
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• High School Diploma required
• College Degree preferred
