- SDLC Process
- Detail oriented
- Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Experience facilitating meetings
- Familiarity with Excel (Don't need an expert)
- Familiarity with SQL (Don't need an expert)
- Software testing experience
- Familiarity with processes to enforce controls like code reviews, testing, code verification/signatures etc
- Software programming experience is a plus
