The ADOC capabilities include situational awareness, engagement operations, training and cyber operations.As ADOC Secure Computing Environment (SCE) IPT lead, you will manage a team responsible for the design, procurement, assembly and configuration of the computing environment and network for ADOC.The candidate should be an experienced and effective communicator, relationship builder and committed to excellence.You will be responsible for cost, schedule, and technical performance for the SCE IPT.This position will interface with the Program Manager, Chief Engineer, other IPT leads and the Air Force customer to ensure program goals are achieved.Required Skills:Minimum of 8 years of experience in the field of engineering or related technical discipline8+ progressive experience in complex systems/software development​Technical leadership experience with increasing responsibilityExperience with Agile and DevOpsKnowledge of Material Procurement processesExperience handling programmatic responsibilities, including scheduling and earned-value management (EVM)Experience with creating and managing Risks & OpportunitiesEVMS certified or ability to become certified within 6 monthsActive DoD Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship status is required) or obtain within 1 year from start dateDesired Skills:Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish professional rapport with others in a team environment, adapt to change, and thrive in an atmosphere that requires trust, teamwork, initiative, creativity, and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to effectively work and communicate with all levels of program,customers and technical leads (IPTs, chief engineers, architects)Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skillsExperience with IT and/or network and system administration, including operating system configuration for Windows, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and VMWareExperience in the infrastructure design and implementation of complex systems involving network, OSandCOTS configuration in a cyber-hardened environmentKnowledge of complex command and control systems involving multiple sensors and effectorExperience with virtualized/containerized systemsRequired Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics or related discipline.At RTX, we innovate to create solutions and solve complex challenges across all domains: from land and sea to air, space, and cyberspace.
