nullIn this role, you have the opportunity toBuild key and strategic relationships, while guiding our customers through clinical and operational performance improvement engagements and consulting services, for our Enterprise Diagnostic Healthcare Informatics solutions. You will use lean, six sigma and change acceleration process tools, to achieve our customers’ goals and drive clinical and physician product adoption of the Philips Healthcare Informatics solutions.You are responsible for

Ensuring successful clinical and physician adoption of Philips informatics solutions

Managing the configuration of Philips solutions to accommodate clinical and/or operational workflow in the customer’s environment.

Conducting workflow analysis, consulting on workflow changes that need to occur with the implementation of new functionality/solutions and validating post go-live workflow for potential gaps or outstanding issues.

Analyzing and documenting current state and product capabilities, while implementing workarounds.

Defining customer training plans that addresses changes in workflow, customer needs and deliverables.

Designing, guiding and implementing change management processes, as solutions are introduced in the customer environment.

Managing customer teams and Philips personnel to implement new workflow, improvements and system configurations.

Facilitating effective, cross-functional working sessions with clients and Philips stakeholders, as well as preparing and delivering succinct, clear and insightful executive-level presentations.

Designing and implementing KPI measures, measurement systems and visual tracking controls/dashboards, to manage process performance for sustainability and continuous improvement.

Designing and using data, KPIs and metrics to measure baseline, ongoing performance and driving to customer outcomes.

The ability to travel up to 75% (by car and air) is an essential function of this role.

You are a part ofPhilips Enterprise Diagnostic Informatics (EDI) Business Group (BG), which provides affordable and integrated informatics solutions for health systems. We believe that by enabling intelligent decision-making and improving clinical pathways, our solutions will lead to better clinical, operational and financial outcomes across the health continuum. You will report directly to the Director of Solutions Delivery.To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Our ideal candidate holds an MBA or a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of performance improvement

Led or co-led full-cycle Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma and/or improvement projects, where you demonstrated measureable improvement in a healthcare environment

Experience working with Enterprise Healthcare Diagnostic Informatics

Superior consulting, leadership and analytic skills

Expert level experience in improvement processes, workflow and performance

Skilled at communicating and managing expectations of senior leaders, with executive presence

Experience using Visio, MS Project and PowerPoint
