Beyond documentation and training, you facilitate clarity – distilling technical concepts and processes into accessible forms and intuitive systems that fortify businesses against the demands of scaling successfully. Should your work languish in obscurity, or is it destined to transcend the page?

• Architect the global Locus-wide documentation, instruction design and delivery framework, authoring and establishing the foundational philosophy and practice.
• Spearhead training/retraining efforts and implement creative gamification to incentivize adoption and equip personnel at customer sites.
• Analyze training needs in collaboration with Engineering, Deployment/Customer Success, Hardware and Software teams.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of progressive success in Technical/Technology related Training, Content Writing and Delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field Training, Communications, Marketing or equivalent education experience
• Facility with e-authoring tools and making presentations via a variety of delivery media.
• Technical Product Environment experience (SAAS, SW/HW Product, etc.)
• Experience within a modern logistics framework (3PL, Warehouse).
