If your answer is yes, come and join our dynamic team of awesome designers, clinicians, product managers and engineers who all the share the same passion as you!We are searching for a Senior Technology Product Manager to join our team in Waltham, MA.As part of the Wolters Kluwer Health Clinical Effectiveness team, the Senior Technology Product Manager role is critical to develop, build and manage a leading clinical decision support product line for a top global healthcare technology company.Wolters Kluwer Health is an established, fast-growing and innovation-driven healthcare information technology company working on the front lines of clinical care.In this important role, you will draw on your product management expertise to work with -a talented group of cross-functional leads to define overall product requirements. Working with this team, you will define and deliver new capabilities and enhancements that meet market and business needs.Essential Duties and responsibilities

Accountable for ensuring product line business needs are effectively and efficiently realized by the Engineering organization

Works with Product Design and clinical content teams to optimize workflows, user interfaces and visual design.

Translate business needs into Engineering requirements, compliant with Agile practices at Wolters Kluwer

Ensure business needs and priorities are maintained in a prioritized backlog used by the development teams

Works with architects and development teams to agree on

Design and implementation methodologies

Effective prioritization and management of technical debt and relevant infrastructure work

Works with development team to monitor progress and to maintain product release status dashboards.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product releases are delivered on time, within budget, and agreed upon scope.

Implement product lifecycle frameworks to ensure effective management of products as they move from concept through retirement.

Monitors product performance, product quality and success of products based on customer response.

Works with client support team to resolve customer issues as needed.

Job QualificationsEducation: A Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent of work experience. MS preferred .Experience:

3 or more years of experience as a product manager (preference for the healthcare industry).

Experience with clinical decision support solutions is a plus.

Strong organizational skills, including ability to manage and prioritize competing initiatives.

Demonstrated ability to drive and deliver product releases on time and within budget.

Experience working in a cross-matrix organization

Familiarity with Agile Development processes

Strong oral and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to lead a cross functional team

Travel requirements

Up to 5% travel
