Manager of Engineering - Integration Platform | Permanent/Full-Time

Job responsibilities include:
As an Manager on Integration Platform team, you will have the opportunity to work on product components and workflows that enable the business processes, technical processes, and user workflows required to enable seamless access to patient data at critical moments in the client life cycle.
You are a tenacious, but nimble learner, who demonstrates design & engineering excellence.
The Team: This team enables the safe, correct bulk movement of millions of patients' health data. You will build enterprise quality web applications, with a focus on stability at scale.
Responsibilities
Design and develop code on an agile team of Engineers, a Scrum Master, a Product Owner, and Experience Designer
Collaborate with team members to promote productivity and effectiveness, share business and technical insights with the broader engineering and product organization
Develop knowledge and domain expertise. Take ownership of what you and the team build and coordinate your efforts across the teams to ensure proper completion. Focused on a dev ops culture where the teams own their service from initial programming to deployment to monitoring and stability.
Manage and evaluate team member performance.
Qualifications
Significant software engineering skills and computer science experience
A combination of software engineering hands-on experience; and about 3-5 years of people management experience
We work in Agile environment, so any Agile experience and CI/CD concepts is helpful
Proficient in at least one modern programming language and relational databases
Understanding of development technologies such as:
Knowledge of Unix/Linux, SQL, relational database technologies
