Job Description

Senior Program Compliance Managers are leaders in our team of outstanding program compliance professionals. Along with driving compliance strategy and execution for a portfolio of advertiser clients, managing publisher outreach, and ensuring violations are remedied in a timely manner, Senior PCMs possess and apply extensive industry knowledge and experience to complex situations. You’ll deliver strategic and consultative recommendations to advertiser clients and internal teams, address emerging compliance challenges, and provide guidance and feedback to clients and publishers regarding program policies and best practices.

Senior team members continuously seek knowledge and proactively share relevant, synthesized information with colleagues and clients. You’ll deliver advanced insights internally and externally, including identifying trends and risks and strategically applying this knowledge. You’ll contribute to business initiatives and may guide and coach junior team members.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Program Compliance. You’ll collaborate regularly with other Program Compliance Managers and work closely with our Content Auditing support team. You’ll use specialized software as well as typical business applications such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience
  • 5+ years experience delivering high-quality professional services to business clients
  • Advanced knowledge and direct experience managing affiliate program compliance
  • Demonstrated initiative to lead and develop self and team members
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Self-driven, focused individual who takes initiative to solve problems
  • Excellent logic, reasoning, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and analytical skills
  • Intrinsic curiosity with a methodical approach to investigating and resolving issues
  • Ability to act decisively with good judgment
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively across time zones, geographies, and cultures
