Campers Inn RV of Union, CT is currently seeking a full time Warranty Admin. This is a fast paced cooperative positionThe ideal worker will work with Sales-Admin-Mgmt-Service & Parts Departments in a new facility. We are a up & coming location within a fast growing national family owned company!
Customer Service and Warranty Process: Effectively facilitate warranty service processes by following established procedures in way that meet or exceed customer and company expectations
File all warranty claims through RV manufacturers, component manufacturers, or extended warranty companies
Ensure that all warranty parts are ordered in a timely fashion; follow up on the status of warranty parts daily; ensure warranty parts are returned to the manufacturer as required
Ensure all claims are filed into the computer; track claims using Campers Inns excel tracking and IDS
Assist customers with warranty issues, explain the warranty process, and inform customers of the current status of their warranty
Work with technicians to determine warranty needs, parts, and issues
Meet the company expectations of: warranty is at least 1.5% of new unit sales, no warranty receivables over 60 days, warranty shortage less than 2% of warranty sales, low unclaimed warranty
Hospitality: Focus on the customers needs with a special emphasis on hospitality
Effectively keep customers informed and updated on the status of their warranty by performing daily follow-up calls
Ensure the work that is promised is completed
Be courteous and timely in all customer interactions
