The Collaborative for Educational Services (CES) is seeking a mission-driven Assistant Regional Education Coordinator to help lead small schools serving youth placed in residential facilities run by the Department of Youth Services (DYS) in the Metro Region of Massachusetts (Boston). We are looking for a passionate and collaborative administrator who is committed to and able to promote the provision of high quality, personalized, college and career ready education while striving to support social justice and equity for all of our students. We seek an innovative leader who values professionalism, culturally responsive teaching, and positive youth development. Candidates should have demonstrated success in a supervisory role, possess a Bachelors degree, a M.Ed. and/or a Masters in Teaching and a Massachusettss administrators license.
