Camp Romaca is an outstanding all-girls sleepaway camp located in the beautiful Berkshire mountains of Massachusetts.
The Romacan philosophy embraces the idea that the camping experience should be dynamic and full of fun. Camp should be a wonderful place for girls to learn. We aim to provide our campers with the opportunity to express themselves in a safe and nurturing environment. We stress development of skills through cooperative participation and repetition, as well as pride in accomplishment and cooperation. We structure our program to provide instruction in small groups and, where possible, individually.
We are currently looking for staff members who have a strong background in Horseback Riding (English) and Stable Management. We have an outstanding Riding Department with rings for Beginner and Advanced riders.
