Daily Operation is looking for an a Sous Chef, Line Cook, and/ or Prep Cook.
We are a casual, farm-centric eatery with an ever changing menu and are seeking people who can say that these things are true:
* Must have at least 3 experience in scratch kitchens, preferably with some kind of farm driven menu focus.
* All cooking fundamentals should be second nature. (i.e. butchery, sauces, pastry, any & all knife work, etc.,)
* We expect that you are ambitious, love food, and are hype to create new dishes.
We provide above average hourly pay, and there is endless opportunity to go as far as you want here.
