Gloriosa & Co. is the name of the company that we run at The Curtis House in beautiful Ashfield. We are an event venue, small working floral farm, catering company, and lovers of all things home grown and made from scratch.
Over the past three years we've expanded from doing a couple weddings under tents in our yard, to several weddings, and other events, each summer and fall in our renovated barn and extensive gardens. We're looking for an events coordinator/marketing manager (who will work alongside the chef/catering manager and owner), to help us put together beautiful, memorable events for our clients, and to manage our company's online, print, and social media presence. What's really important is finding a person who is able to fit into our community of loving friends and neighbors.
This is a part time, seasonal position with the hopes of expanding to part time year around as we move towards developing more winter events. To start, this position would work 4-5 hours per week from home or offsite, and approximately 15 hours per event weekend onsite at the Curtis House. Below is the job description. To apply, please send us a copy of your resume and a cover letter explaining why you're interested in working a part time, seasonal position at a small company.
