Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team at Uncle Sam's Contractors. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our clients. Your contributions will be vital in upholding our reputation for excellence in cleaning services.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 9:30pm
Compensation :$18/hour
Location: Springfield, MA
Responsibilities
-Perform routine custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
-Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
-Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored.
-Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs.
-Respond promptly to requests for cleaning services or special projects.
-Assist with floor care tasks such as buffing and waxing as needed.
Requirements
-Proven experience in custodial or janitorial services preferred.
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
-Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus.
-Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
