Duties and Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction for all shift employees
Capable of printing production paperwork
Train, develop and motivate employees
Ability to work extended hours or varying shifts to meet production and staffing needs
Knowledge of food safety, allergen awareness
Must learn all aspects of production positions
Must have box truck experience and can drive a 16 ft box truck
Must learn at least 1 drivers route in rare cases to cover delivery of our products
CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES
Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously
Ability to follow directions
Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
Able to lift 50 lbs.
Must have a valid Driver's License class D
Must spend 85 % of shift on floor as a working supervisor
Required education
High School or equivalent
Required experience
Supervisor: 1 year in a production environment
