Medical Contact Tracer – We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, upbeat greeter to work at a medical facility in the Springfield, MA area
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Greet all incoming patients, visitors, and staff with a warm welcome
Use computers to input visitor information (Name, phone number, patient being visited and room number).
Follow all HIPAA rules regarding sensitive patient information and privacy.
Track the number of visitors in each department to ensure protocols are followed.
This is a seated position, indoors.
Be an outstanding first and last impression of every visitor

Customer service experience and good references from previous employers will be required. A neat appearance and outstanding attitude will be required.You must be prepared to come to work with a smile and a good attitude each shift.
Staff must have an above average computer aptitude and good customer service skills.
Staff will not be allowed to use their personal cell phones while on duty, with the exception of break periods.
FT and PT available. Shifts are 12pm-8pm 7 days. FT staff can expect to work 5 days, and PT staff 2-3 as needed.
$14 base pay to start, with an extra $1/hour attendance bonus. Paid sick/vacation time available, Health/Dental insurance available for FT after 90 days (50/50 split), 401k available after one year.
