Local transportation company seeks a motivated Trip Coordinator/Dispatcher on 1st shift! Candidates will be in charge of keeping influx of trips in an organized manner according to capacity, as well as oversee company expenses by answering complaints and monitoring drivers to ensure the day to day procedures are being followed correctly.
Job Duties:
Utilize great customer skills to schedule drivers for the week
Research and answer CTS Grievances and MART Complaints on a daily basis
Work with Dispatchers to make sure that all vehicles in good standing before Drivers arrive
Work with Dispatchers to receive vehicles keys in the afternoon, before closing the office
Monitor drivers on GPS system to avoid infractions, and perform random checks on drivers
Assist the Dispatching Department as needed
Maintain a clean and organized office
Assist the President in any given task
