Peabody Properties seeks an experience Cleaner/Maintenance to join its team of property management professionals at an apartment community in Springfield. The Cleaner/Maintenance role is to assist the site Management Team with the efficient operation of property. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the buildings common areas and other assigned areas;
Janitorial and grounds care;
Performs work orders, including snow/ice removal;
Maintains exterior grounds according to company standards.Requirements of the Position:
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal;
Ability to take initiative and be self-motivated;
Excellent customer service skills a must.Education and Experience:
Requires High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years related job experience.Compensation and Benefits:
