We are currently seeking a Leasing & Marketing Associate at Sugarloaf Estates Apartments in Sunderland, Massachusetts. If you are personable, professional, upbeat, driven, and sales-oriented we would love to hear from you. We provide an excellent on-site training program as well as continued opportunities for growth and development. Our training program will prepare you to succeed in the position, so prior property management experience is not required.

As our Leasing & Marketing Associate, you will:
Implement new and innovative ways to market the community in order to increase prospective resident traffic
Lease the apartment homes by providing unique touring experiences for each new prospective resident
Provide exemplary customer service to make your current and prospective residents feel welcome
Complete all necessary tasks, paperwork, and administrative duties
Sell! Must have a drive for sales and excellent communication skills.
Plan and host fun (virtual or socially distanced) resident events!
