HallKeen Management has an opening for a part time maintenance technician. Individual must have experience and skills in building maintenance. Duties include, but not limited to, completing resident service requests, general building repairs, unit turnovers, painting, plumbing, common area cleaning and janitorial tasks, trash removal, minor electrical and plumbing, snow removal, lock-outs and coordinating work with outside contractors as needed.
In addition to possessing the above noted skills, individual must have excellent interpersonal skills. The individual must be available for on-call responsibilities. Experience in the multifamily industry is required. Computer experience is helpful.
The position is 25 hours per week reporting directly to the property manager and offers the right candidate the opportunity to enhance his/her current skills, acquire new knowledge and grow with our company.
