Midsize residential landlord based in Springfield MA is seeking a person to handle all property management and office administration of a 100+ unit apartment portfolio. Responsibilities include: leasing apartments, collecting rents, tenant communications and governance, office administration. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word is important. Bookkeeping skills and experience with property management software are pluses. Fluency in Spanish would be helpful, but not essential. 40 hours per week. $20.00 per hour.
