Designer Sales Representative
A large remodeling company is looking for a sales representative with a design background that will be designing and developing large residential additions. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and maintaining sales of products and services. As an outside sales representative or sales agent, they will also research sales competition.
Job Duties Include:
Designing and developing large residential additions
Evaluating customers skills, needs and building long-lasting productive relationships
Responsibilities

Meet personal and team sales targets
Follow through sales leads
Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
Report and provide feedback to management using financial, statistical data
Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
Requirements:
Associates degree or equivalent experience
Proven sales experience
Experience working with CRM software
Experience working with Design Software
Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
Computer use competency
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and driven
Compensation: $50,000-$150,000 per year, depending on experience.
