We're looking for an experienced Technical Support Specialist to support the hardware and software needs of end users including office professionals and educators.

CES is an educational service agency providing professional development, consultation, and after school programming over forty member districts. We are also a state-wide leader in early childhood development, and we provide educational programming to institutionalized and incarderated youth around the Commonwealth.

We are deeply committed to social justice and to serving those learners with the greatest need.ÂThe successful candidate will have solid experience in a similar support role, and will be:

Highly personable and service oriented,

Able works well with stakeholders having various levels of technical ability.

An effective listener with the ability to convey technical information in plain language,

Comfortable working in an open office environment with frequent interruptions,

Well-organized and skilled at independently managing time and priorities,

A self starter who enjoys initiating projects and learning new skills.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Occasional travel to other locations and availability for after-hours or weekend events is required.Â
