Laborer/GroundskeepersMaintenance Technicians:
Basic carpentry, plumbing & electrical skills
Experience working on all types of HVAC systems, preferred
Apartment make-ready & work-order experience, preferred
Willingness to respond quickly to emergencies
Own tools & transportation
Valid Driver's license
Strong communication skillsMaintenance Supervisors:
Experience in property management or hotels, preferred
Experience managing a team
Apartment make ready and turns in accordance with occupancy goals
Scheduling and responding to work orders and routine maintenance
Basic carpentry, plumbing & electrical skills
Experience working on all types of HVAC systems
Own tools and transportation
Valid driver's license
Availability for emergency on-call rotation scheduleLaborer/Groundskeepers:
Able to lift 50 lbs
Indoor/outdoor keep-up
Possess “Whatever it takes” mentality
Experience with cleaning and residential upkeep
Experience operating a blower and pressure washer, preferred
Basic maintenance and repair knowledge, preferred
All applicants must have reliable transportation. Maintenance Technicians and Supervisors must have their own tools in addition to a valid driver’s license and transportation. Maintenance Tech and Supervisor positions must have a flexible schedule to include rotation of emergency on-call shift.
