Toll Brothers , America's Leading Luxury Home Builder, seeks an Administrative Assistant for our manufacturing plant in Westfield, Massachusetts, Toll Integrated Systems .
Responsibilities include :
Review / analyze and process New House Orders or miscellaneously ordered materials
Communicate with internal and external customers to resolve issues associated with orders (part numbers, delivery dates, etc.)
Answer all incoming calls
Emailing site delivery notifications
Ordering supplies
Cycle counting / inventory
Identify delivery date and manage scheduling of delivery of materials
Resolve job-site issues with plans supported by TIS
Setting up and coordinating production ready jobs to supervisors
Help organize / attend meetings as needed
All other duties as assigned
The schedule for this position is Monday through Thursday 6 : 00 a.m. - 4 : 30 p.m.

Qualifications
Strong problem-solving ability
Ability to be a team player
Respond to job-site questions, issues, and needs in a patient, positive, and timely manner
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
A minimum of 3 years work experience in a related job function or field
Oracle or JD Edwards experience is a plus
