The Clinical Services Associate position is a direct report to the Director of Territory Operations and is responsible for coordinating staff and client schedules by performing diverse related duties.Scheduling Responsibilities
Coordinate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly staff and client schedules for the delivery of autism services to our clients
Inform families and/or Behavior Interventionists of schedule changes and update systems accordingly
General Office Support
Receive and respond to staff and client phone and email inquiries relating to scheduling
Answer scheduling questions from clients and staff and escalate to appropriate management staff as necessary
Reconcile billing operational and payroll reports
Meetings
Clinical Services Associate will be expected to attend regularly scheduled meetings with Clinical regional directors and other departments as needed
Excellent customer service skills, self-motivated, self-starter, well organized and detail oriented approach to tasks
Proven customer service skills and experience handling heavy call volume
Proactive/proven ability to anticipate needs and respond appropriately and in a timely manner
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Expected to be available for a work shift between the hours of 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Monday-Friday and available to work overtime if required
Education, Experience and Licensure
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
A minimum of three years customer service experience
Prior scheduling experience preferred in a healthcare setting
