Hey!
Affectiva is searching for participants to take part in our studies to improve our Human Perception AI. With your help we aim to redefine the occupant experience and improve road safety. We're looking for people of all ages, ethnicities, genders, and heights to take part in our studies.
We are currently recruiting for 1 study with two parts. Occupancy Counting and Emotion Posing. You can only do each part ONE time. If you have done both parts of this study already please do not apply. We will have more exciting studies for you in the future!
This study will take approximately 1 hour. Payment is $100 (via PayPal payment or American Express Gift-card). Please bring along friends and family above the age of 18, however be aware there is a chance that they may not be able to participate depending on scheduling. But we would love to take them if we can!
The Two Parts of this Study:
Occupancy Counting -- This is about entering and exiting an automobile in a specific way and being recorded (video/audio) while doing so. We need multiple participants at the same time so large groups are welcome! (If planning on bringing a large group - 3+ people - please contact us ahead of time to ensure our ability to accommodate)
Emotion Posing â The second part of this study is about performing various facial tasks including emotional poses and more specific facial movements in front of the cameras in our automotive labs.
