The restaurant & wine bar at LOCK 50 is expansive yet comfortable and provides the first piece of the experience.
The seasonal menu is sourced from the freshest local ingredients whenever possible. Lunch includes a variety of small plates, stews, sandwiches and salads.

Dishwasher - Basic job requirements:
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans
Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment or utensils in clean orderly condition
Sweep or scrub floors
Clean trash receptacles as needed
Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays
Meet Lock 50's policies and standards of safety and security
Must comply with dress code that prohibits displaying tattoos, piercings in excess of one per ear and any unnatural hair color such as blue, pink, green.
Ability to perform different tasks within the restaurant during each shift
Ensures all tableware, glassware, chinaware and cooking utensils are sanitary and clean.
Familiarity with industries Best Practices
Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a full service kitchen
