The Executive Chef will lead the creative process for designing seasonal menus and daily specials. He/She will also take the lead in the execution of all banquets. Candidate will be knowledgeable in labor and food costs. He/she will be solely responsible for all the food ordering and the hiring and supervision of the restaurant personnel. The successful candidate will interact effectively with guests, front of the house staff and management and help promote a cooperative team atmosphere among all. This is a working Chef position. Full Time Year Round
