Our office is looking for a friendly, caring, and resourceful person to join our growing DENTAL/PEDO/ORTHO practice. Must have 2+ years dental experience (no exceptions) with strong working knowledge of clinical dentistry, front office administration and dental insurance billing and collections, with strong emphasis on patient treatment planning and insurance verification. Presenting and answering all questions pertaining to treatment plans, as well as financial arrangements, Detail orientated, Trustworthy and reliable,Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Also required, strong customer service and employee relations skills.Experience with patient/doctor scheduling a must! Many of our patients have been with us for decades, and are like family.
