Hello,
Gwendolyn Property Management, LLC manages apartments in southern Worcester County, and we are looking for a long-term relationship with the right person. We run a very professional, clean operation and have very high standards for ourselves and others.
You must look clean and presentable, and must also be courteous and considerate of residents living in the buildings we manage.
Skills needed:
a) Ability to work unsupervised for long periods of time
b) Ability get things done start to finish. Period.
Scope of maintenance work:
Removing furniture and trash from vacant apartment, sometimes down three flights of stairs
Drywall repair
Changing locks
Painting
Polyurethane hardwoods, install floating floor
Install bathroom vanity, replace toilet
Using a string trimmer to clean up small patches of lawn
Shoveling and salting sidewalks and stairs
Removing litter from the premises
Carpentry framing walls, building stairs, etc.
About a million other handyman/maintenance tasks
Equipment needed:
Reliable vehicle
Tools
Brain
Advantages to position:
a) Some flexibility in what hours you work
b) No boss hovering over you every second of the day, micromanaging everything you do
c) Opportunity to make more money over time
Disadvantages to position:
a) Very few people can work on their own in an unsupervised manner and be effective.

We are a rapidly growing company. Start as an independent contractor with possibility transition to employee after ninety days. Full-time position with base salary may be available for the right person. Background check required.
We supply workers comp insurance. All work is paid by check from Gwendolyn Property Management, LLC.
Must respond to emails promptly and pay your cell phone bill so we can communicate with you. Lack of overpowering body odor a definite plus.
No smoking in or around any building that we manage.
