CLEANING POSITION $14/15 per hour in Framingham,MA
BestPro Cleaning, LLC is looking for cleaning technicians for a Framingham, MA area, morning shift, part time ( 18-21 hrs per week), Monday. Wednesday and Friday. Needs own transportation.
Essential Job Functions (including but not limited to) :
Clean and stock restrooms, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash, and other tasks related with general cleaning.
Identify and communicate potential safety policies and procedures relating to performance of tasks, use of products or supplies and incident reporting.
Follow procedures for the use of chemicals cleaners and power equipment.
Spray buff resilient tile.
Shampoo carpeting.
Experience : 1 year commercial or residemtial or office cleaning.
Skills/Requirements: Ability to apply understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written. Ability to solve practical problems. Must be detailed oriented, friendly and professional.
Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, must regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.

Durante las horas de trabajo el empleado require que este parado , que pueda caminar , pueda agacharse y que no tenga problemas al levantar y mover objetos de 30 libras.
Requeriminetos de habilidad:
Tener la habilidad de entender y seguir instrucciones verbal y por escrito en ingles. Que pueda resolver problemas relacionados con su trabajo. Necesita ser aplicado, professional y cordial con sus compañeros de trabajo.
Se requiere tener valido ID, documentacion en regla para trabajar en el pais y / o poder pasar drug test, criminal background nacional.
