Construction Site Supervisor

Job Summary
Worcester based company is currently seeking a Construction Site Supervisor for our field operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for an effective professional to plan, manage and execute residential and light commercial construction and maintenance projects in accordance with Phoenix Home Services standards.
Working closely with architects, designers, project managers and clients, you will manage and execute the day-to-day operation of the job site from start to finish, directing and monitoring the progress of subcontractors, keeping the project on schedule and budget.
Responsibilities and Duties
⢠Oversee and execute all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation
⢠Maintain and execute Construction methods
⢠Obtain required permits
⢠Manage the layout, organization and safety of the site
⢠Schedule and supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
⢠Maintain site records and file daily field reports
⢠Maintain the schedule and project budget
⢠Ensure that work is completed on-time and in accordance with Phoenix Home Services standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
⢠Four years of design/build in residential construction and maintenance
⢠Ability to develop effective relationships with clients, architects, designers and subcontractors
⢠Leadership skills to bring projects in on time and at budget.
⢠Must be deadline and detail oriented.
⢠Must be able to travel
⢠Comfortable with documentation and reporting systems
⢠Construction Supervisor License a plus
