Local Water Works consulting firm is looking for an honest, self-motivated, reliable and hard working individual to join our growing team. Applicants must be able to work alone and on a team effectively, lift up to 50 pounds, sit/stand for prolonged periods of time and withstand New England Weather while working outdoors with exception of winds over 15mph and heavy rain/snow/ice.
Clean & active Mass driver's license required
Successful applicant must pass criminal background check/CORI

We specialize in underground water leak detection and location and are contracted by organizations across to New England to dispatch trained individuals into the streets and sidewalks of public water systems to hunt for pressurized water leaks by the use of acoustic listening equipment that is placed on top of the ground surfaces. The process is done by walking/stopping over the pipe network in intervals. Technicians walk a planned route. Each group is managed and directed by pinpoint technicians to further investigate and mark for excavation or repair.
Position:
40 hours. Most shifts are M-F 7:30-3:30. Increased pay rates for early morning hours and overtime.
Starting Pay Rate is negotiable for individuals with relevant experience.
Starting Benefits: Paid Sick Time, 1 week vacation after 90 days. 2 weeks vacation after 6 months of employment. Flexible scheduling, many opportunities for overtime and advancement.
