Local medical optics company is seeking Medical Device Assemblers to inspect, assemble and pack medical devices in a clean room setting. Responsibilities will include assembling, testing, and packaging complex mechanical devices following written instructions; performing incoming and in-process inspection and testing of components as required, supporting material handling from receiving, and inspection through inventory and kitting; as well as maintaining detailed documentation throughout all job functions. The ideal candidates will be comfortable working with microscopes and have excellent hand-eye dexterity. Previous knowledge of fiber optics is a definite plus.
