We are actively searching for a 2nd shift CNC Machine Operator for an established and innovative manufacturing company in Acton, MA. The ideal candidate will possess 2 years experience in manufacturing or machine operation.
Position Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC Milling and Lathe Machines per standard operating procedures
- Work from production orders to perform designated operations.
- Inspect machined parts once finished to ensure they meet customer specifications
- Loads and unloads material from machines
- Trouble shooting as needed to ensure production runs smoothly
Position Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in a manufacturing / Machine Shop environment required
- CNC Milling or Lathe operation experience preferred
- Good math skills, written and verbal skills
- Able to read blueprints
This is a full-time position with great growth opportunities in a machinist role.
This is a second shift position 4 days a week 10 hour days, with a flexible start time. The pay rate is $15-20 /hr depending on experience.
