I am a professional working primarily in non-profit tech. Im also on the board of two non-profits currently.
I'm looking for a prompt, reliable, and enthusiastic individual with good organization and research skills for a variety of personal and some professional tasks. I will pay $20 / hour. I expect to have 2 - 5 hours of work per week but this may change or vary, it's a little hard to predict. I'd like to meet in person sometimes but much of the work will be coordinated by phone / email.
Requirements:
Must be prompt and reliable
Must be extremely organized and professional
Must have very good general internet knowledge and experience
A car or access to a car to run errands
Bookkeeping experience would be great but not a hard requirement
Must have good research skills
Must have professional communication skills
Experience with Google docs, spreadsheets is helpful
Ideally, you are a thinker and problem solver
Self-starter a must
Tasks will include things like:
Miscellaneous personal tasks, like: selling things on ebay, arranging home contractors, researching service providers, buying things online, mailing packages, etc.
Researching for professional work
Scheduling calls and meetings
Emailing
Meeting me in person occasionally to organize projects
Dealing with financial service accounts
Buying and delivering things
Going to the post office
Finding contractors and professionals for various professional and personal projects
Helping set up or sort through billing, accounts, receipts
