We are looking for a self motivated and professional Administrative Assistant. PT/ FT

Responsibilities:

Candidate will act as a liaison between internal / external personnel and ensure a smooth flow of information. The ideal candidate will be expected to provide and handle confidential information. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is driven, organized, experienced, and ready to enhance their network and skill set.

Act as initial point of contact and resource for all office inquiries.

Must be able to work independently.

Must be able to plan and coordinate staff schedules and serve as liaison between staff and consumers.

Plan and coordinate meetings/events which includes: serving as the primary contact for and assisting with other departments.

Answer phones, respond to e-mails and schedule staff.

Gather / review data and create reports.

Qualifications:

Associate Degree or High School Diploma.

3 years of administrative experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.

Calendar management.

Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize duties as needed.

. Possesses strong administrative and organizational skills.

. Self-starter who is able to take initiative and drive results with minimal supervision.

. The ability to interact with staff in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

. Solid written and verbal communication skills.
