It's a great time to join our growing Property Management team located in Marlborough, MA. We are seeking an experienced office assistant that is proficient at handling a high volume of calls (rentals and maintenance), using Microsoft Office, performing data entry, qualifying residents, setting appointments, collecting rents, administrative duties, and occasional apartment leasing. We look for individuals that are customer focused team players; that value safety, reliability, accountability and humility. This position would support and be supported by the Office Manager, General Manager, and Managing Partner.
Having property management/apartment rental experience, and/or bilingual is a plus! This position is part time (days/hours negotiable), possibly leading to full time.
