Hancock Associates is a multidisciplinary firm engaged in land development projects throughout Massachusetts and Southern NH for over 35 years, with offices in Danvers, Newburyport, Marlborough, Chelmsford, Princeton, and Boston MA.
We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced administrative assistant. The right candidate will be dynamic and intelligent, detail-oriented, focused and motivated. Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously are a must.
Responsibilities include:
- Answer phones/greet clients
- Preparation of bulk mailings (ie. certified or marketing)
- Preparation of proposals, billing, correspondence, forms
- Prepare invoices/billing
- Data Entry
- Order Supplies
- Petty Cash Reconciliation
- Special Projects as required
Requirements:
- Professional, pleasant phone manner.
- Solid computer skills: Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently
- Positive attitude and flexibility.
- Willing to learn.
