Major Responsibilities for Office Administrator
Create and submit material orders
Answering, handling and directing incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Data Entry
Maintaining file systems
Managing weekly schedules.
Complete paperwork completely, accurately, and timely.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
Computer Literacy
Experience with Microsoft Office suite programs.
High school diploma or GED.
1 year of office experience
Good writing & communication skills.
