Our fast paced real estate firm seeking ab energetic, cheerful, detail-oriented administrator able to handle multiple requests daily.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and an understanding of web based programs/systems.
40 hours per week, strong verbal and written communication skills are must.
Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance.
Input all client information into client database system.
Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet skills
Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents
Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
Able to make quick and effective decisions, solve problems, as well as maintain confidentiality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
