Immediate opening for the right individual with accounting experience. Looking for someone to handle daily accounting and office work. Assist controller with special projects.
Responsibilities include:
Accounts Payable matching, posting, check writing and Vendor issue.
Accounts Receivable order entry, cost tracking and billing
Cash receipts bank deposits and reconciliations
Time cards, Payroll through an outside vendor
Request and follow-up permits and licenses
General office duties: including scanning, filing, and phones
Customer sales contacts and leads
Qualifications Needed:
Knowledge of AP, AR, Payroll, understand GL entries.
5 years minimum working Accounting experience
Construction background, AIAs, contracts a big plus
Self-Motivating, Organized, Detail Oriented Person
High energy level with ability to multi-task
