We are seeking a Campaign Manager Managed Services to join our Customer Success Team as a direct point of contact for a specific set of Integrates SaaS managed services customers. Focusing on exceptional performance, Campaign Managers are responsible for managing the day to day activities of our customers in the Integrate Software.
What Youll Do:
- Serve as Managed Customers primary resource for anything and everything platform-related
- Build, manage, optimize, and troubleshoot campaigns to meet client goals
- Develop unique, customer-specific reporting
- Customer training and knowledge refreshers
- Fulfill various other tasks such as troubleshooting, providing ongoing customer support and guidance, compiling data for Customer Business Reviews, tracking account health in Gainsight, etc.
