We are actively recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for our client, an established business services company located in Maynard, MA. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for all customer contact and support. Training will be provided so this is a great opportunity for growth!
Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative:
Answer customer phone calls, emails & online inquiries
Service existing clients as well as establish and support new clients
Process orders end-to-end as well as update client accounts for ongoing orders including pricing requests, account updates and general inquiries
Other customer service duties as assigned.
Requirements of Customer Service Representative:
High school diploma or (GED) required; Degree preferred
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience preferred
Strong computer and phone skills
This is a Full Time position. The schedule is 9AM - 5:30PM Mon-Fri.
The salary is $17-$18/hour depending on experience with a potential increase once trained. The company offers competitive benefits including 4 weeks PTO, Profit sharing, etc.
