We are actively recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for our client, a home remodeling company in Northborough, MA. The main responsibilities of this Customer Service Representative position will be to provide excellent customer support to customers.
Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative:
- Answer customer inquiries by phone and email.
- Complete Data entry of orders.
- Check status of orders /work orders.
- Work with customers, technicians and warehouse on scheduling installations.
Requirements of Customer Service Representative:
- At least 2-3 years of customer service experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office, internet, and other computer skills
- Administrative, secretary, office clerk, receptionist experience a great start!
This is a Full-time opportunity with great growth potential. The hours are M-F 8-5pm. The Pay Rate is $17-18 hour.
