Do you love dogs? Are you done with working in a cubicle? All about the Pup is a fast paced and growing pet resort. Our services include dog daycare, boarding, training and grooming services. We offer a fun, friendly, dog focused atmosphere and are adding a Guest Services Representative to our growing team. The hours for this position are Tuesday through Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Weekends and holidays are a must.The Guest Services Representative is responsible for customer service, reservations, retail inventory, processing invoices & payments, processing enrollments and administrative duties in support of these functions. Additionally, they are responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of the reception/retail area.Primary Duties Include: Welcome visitors into our facility and offer assistance. Continue to foster close client relationships; attempt to call clients by their first names and acknowledge their dog by name as well. Work with dog handlers during evening check-out to ensure proper pet care and client communication. Enter client reservations in our Kennel Management Software. Receive payments and process invoices. Maintain familiarity with management approved payment exceptions and client prepayments/credits and keep accurate records for all. Process enrollment paperwork & expired vaccination records Print copies of daily reports for reception area for all service areas. File paperwork in client files as outlined. Print and maintain copies of client forms and packages as needed. Maintain member listings, warnings and folders. Print administrative forms as needed for guest services. Make client reminder calls as per procedures. Minimum Experience and Skills High school graduate required Excellent oral & good written communication skills Previous work experience demonstrating dependability 1-2 years of experience providing client service & processing payments Self-motivated, independent worker with attention to detail Ability to work in a team environment Good organization and planning skills Demonstrated flexibility and proven coping skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint Starting wage is commensurate with experience.If this sounds like the job for you please email us your resume.
