Busy security company looking for an Office Assistant to assist in all facets of office work. Duties include, but are not limited to, assisting with quotes and getting best pricing from vendors, answering phones and assisting clients needs, data entry, sorting mail, sorting & organizing product deliveries, handling product returns, checking vendor bills for correct pricing, entry level computer networking, social media postings, website care, graphic design work - creating & editing. Will train the right person.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Gmail. Familiar with Adobe Photoshop & InDesign.
Candidate must be professional, able to work well with clients and team members, and willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Salary is commensurate with experience. Please send resume via email.
