Opportunity for the right candidate to be the "glue" behind a growing real estate team in Worcester, MA. Must be a very organized, detailed orientated individual that is professional, a self-starter, and positive. Part-time (8-15 hrs per week min) to start, but full-time opportunity may be possible in six months. Flexible schedule and working from home is an option. Some weekend hours are a must.
Required Skills:
Prepare a New Client File
Enter all client information in database
Monitor and follow up on all listings
Maintain Communication Log in CRM
Coordinate picture taking at a new listing
Submit proper information and photos to MLS
Post photos and text to all websites
Email MLS print out to seller
Email new listing
Work with Lead Agent on:
o Property brochure
o Just sold post cards
o New business advertising
Send "thank you" letters to buyers/sellers
Obtain keys, make extra keys
Install lockbox with key
Make sure sign is ready and placed
Put up brochure box with Flyers
Send "Just Listed" letter
Handle all incoming e-mails to lead agent
Prepare all packages Pre-list, Listing and File folders
Maintain all files in a neat and orderly fashion
Send out any pre-list/FSBO packages
Monitor and follow up on all sales/escrows/closing files (transactions) with Lead Agent
Monitor website
Send out Farm mailings quarterly
Send out Holiday Cards (Thanksgiving, Christmas)
Send follow up letters to all clients
Monitor weekly, monthly and yearly goals
Update and maintain all clients' records in the database
Responsible for all data entry and reports
Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence
Ask farm for referrals for the agent
Maintain and improve Office Policy and Procedure Manual
Run errands: office products, bank, post office, signs (if needed)
Work with lead agent to make offers on properties using DotLoop
Proficient with Excel and Word
Desirable Skills:
Experience in Real Estate as real estate sales agent or real estate admin
Licensed real estate agent or desire to obtain license within 2 months
Experience using Market Leader CRM (Contact Relation Database)
Ability to perform open houses
Ability to show homes in Worcester area
Ability to follow up with leads on the phone
