HallKeen Management has an opening for a Part-Time (25hours) maintenance technician position of 86 apartments at Anwelt Heritage in Fitchburg, MA. Duties include, but not limited to, daily trash removal, general maintenance repairs, cleaning, painting, turning over apartments, minor electrical,plumbing and snow removal. On-call responsibilities will be required every other week. The position is also required to work an additional 5 weekend hours of cleaning until pandemic is over.
The individual must possess excellent interpersonal skills in order to interact well with residents and be able to work independently.
